This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit our website at https://k9defense.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our in-person training, protection dog, evaluation, seminar, or academy services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Who We Are

K9 Defense, located in Phoenix, Arizona, is the entity responsible for the collection and use of your personal information described in this Privacy Policy (the “Company”).

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Site, through phone calls, email, text messages, in-person consultations and evaluations, training sessions, seminars, and any service agreement or intake form you complete with us. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services we do not control, even if linked from our Site.

Information You Provide to Us. When you contact us, book an evaluation, enroll in training, purchase a protection dog, register for a seminar, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address;
• Dog information: your dog’s name, breed, age, medical history, behavioral history, and training goals;
• Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (see “Payment Processing” below); we do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems;
• Communications: the content of emails, text messages, intake forms, and other messages you send us;
• Photos and videos taken during evaluations, training sessions, or seminars, as described in our Terms of Service.

We currently work with service providers that may include website hosting, analytics, payment processing, appointment scheduling, and email communication tools.

Dog training records and service agreements are generally retained for up to seven (7) years after our last interaction with you.
